Finding the ideal location for your

unit: Do not place the humidiﬁer

directly next to a heating or air vent.

The unit should be placed in an

elevated position, e.g. on a table,

chest, etc. at least 3 ft oﬀ the ﬂoor.

Keep it away from doors or win-

dows.

The mist outlet must not be pointed

directly at plants or other objects.

Keep a distance of at least 20 in-

ches (50cm).

WARNING! Do not touch the water

in the base during operation! Switch

oﬀ the unit ﬁrst. Place the Hydro

Stick in the base of the unit.

Soak the demineralization cartridge in a water bath for 24 hours before the

ﬁrst use; the granules have to absorb water to reach maximum performance.

WARNING! If the cartridge is soaked in the tank, make sure to exchange the water and empty

the water from the base before using the humidiﬁer.

Fill the tank with clean, cold water

from the tap.

Do not pour water into the mist

outlet of the appliance.

Your appliance comes with a lifecycle indicator

for changing the Hydro Stick. To remind yourself

of when you put the Hydro Stick into operation,

please cross the current month on the stamp and

write the current year on the line provided.

humidiﬁers operating at their highest level between recommend-

ed cleanings*. Good for one year, the Hydro Stick ensures the

humidiﬁer’s functionality while providing fresh humidiﬁcation

performance.

Take oﬀ the water tank cap to ﬁll

the tank with water.

Close the cap of the water tank

securely, place the water tank onto

the base. The water is now running

from the tank into the base. The

empty indicator light may stay

illuminated for some seconds until

the base is ﬁlled with water.

Insert the plug into the socket and

switch on the appliance using the

On/Oﬀ button.
